My Father-in-law was a dad to me.
They both took me in and loved me like one of their own.
Here are some loved pictures of him.

If you've ever seen Bogs sleeping, you'll understand.
If you've ever seen Bogs sleeping, you'll understand.
He was so gentle, it brings tears to my eyes.
He took such joy in his grandchildren. He was a lover of people and a lover of life.
He was an active gardener until the very end.
This role suits him well. The Lord gave him much wisdom.
Now I know where Bog's got his good looks.

Traditional Korean wear at Bogs' brother's wedding.
Yes, that's Bog's being funny. I had to slip this one in. They both have a very good sense of humor.
Here he is singing to our Lord. This is another thing he did consistently.
He loved singing praises to our God.
This picture shows how joyful this man was. I loved his smile; It was a blessing to behold.
Oh, he is funny.
His humor was wonderful.
Another joyful picture.
Father, grandpa and ever gentle mentor, I will miss you everyday for the rest of my life.
BEAUTIFUL TRIBUTE! Beautiful. What a treasure for your children to view and what a blessing for Bogie to have a wife who so loved the man he loved and called Father. THanks for sharing. It is a beautiful reminder to live life as joyfully as it looks like he did!

ReplyDeleteDear Cha Family...
ReplyDeleteour deepest sympathy for the most gentle, wonderful, handsome uncle of our mom. We are so thankful to have had him as our uncle- grandpa. We will keep the Cha family in our prayers at this time...Wae-sookmo, Seungil obba, Seung-ae uhnee, Seungdo obba, bogi obba and all...
